POLICY

FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Custom or Made-to-Order products are not able to be returned or exchanged. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@cardinalcreativespace.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item was damaged in shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Any damages not reported within 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement. Photographic documentation of damages is required for all damage claims, and must be provided within seven days of delivery. In the case of damages, you may request a replacement, which will be shipped as soon as possible.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company- it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded- unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cardinalcreativespace.com. If your request is granted, send your item and proof of purchase the address listed on your Invoice. Other exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis- an additional 10% restocking fee may apply.

Shipping
To return your product, package your item in the same way you received it, and mail your product and proof of purchase the address on your invoice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping.

FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND SERVICES

All class sales are final, but may be able to be rescheduled on a case-by-case basis. If you have to miss a week in your session, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and schedule a make-up class. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

All deposits received for services and custom work are non-refundable.
